Three Services Built for Different Points in the Process
A facilitated conversation for when the talking needs structure. A documentation toolkit for when arrangements need writing down. A records programme for when the paperwork needs organising end to end.

How Hearthline Structures Its Support
Every Hearthline service is built around the same principle: the family decides, the coordinator organises. This means each session begins with a written agenda, proceeds according to that agenda, and ends with a written record. The coordinator keeps time, takes notes, and circulates the summary — but does not contribute to the substance of what is being discussed.
The three services correspond to three different levels of need. Some families want a single structured conversation and nothing more. Others need to document practical arrangements across multiple sessions. Others are assembling a comprehensive household record to hand to a solicitor or adviser. Each service is designed to meet one of those needs cleanly, and all three can be used in sequence.
Conversation
One structured session, written summary
Documentation
Four appointments over eight weeks, printed binder
Records
Three months, indexed register, handover pack
Service 01
Family Conversation Facilitation
A facilitated conversation in which a neutral coordinator holds the agenda, keeps time for each person, and records agreements in writing without taking sides. It is a communication service. No legal advice is given, no document is drafted for filing anywhere, and no outcome is proposed or endorsed.
Sessions run two hours, in person or online, with a written summary circulated to everyone present within three working days and a directory of registered professionals attached.
- Two-hour session, in person or via secure video
- Written summary within three working days
- Identical copy to all participants
- Practitioner directory included
- No legal advice, no outcome endorsed
How It Works
Enquiry and agenda agreement — participants agree on what will and will not be discussed
Two-hour session — coordinator holds time and records what is said and agreed
Written summary circulated — all parties receive the same document within three working days
RM 480 per session

Shared Arrangements Documentation Toolkit
A structured set of appointments in which a family writes down its own practical arrangements for schedules, handovers, school routines and shared costs, using printed templates and a coordinator's prompts. The output belongs entirely to the family and carries no formal standing; it is a household record, not an instrument of any kind.
Four appointments across eight weeks, with a printed binder, editable digital templates, and a review sheet for revisiting the arrangements each term.
- Four appointments over eight weeks
- Printed binder with all completed templates
- Editable digital copies for ongoing updates
- Term-by-term review sheet included
- Household record — no formal legal standing
How It Works
Session 1 — review existing arrangements, identify gaps, agree template structure
Sessions 2–3 — work through schedules, handovers, routines and shared costs section by section
Session 4 — final review, print binder, set up digital templates, complete review sheet
RM 1,620 for the full programme

Service 03
Family Records & Timeline Programme
A three-month programme that assembles the family's own paperwork into one indexed register, builds a dated timeline of household events from the family's own records, and prepares a neutral summary sheet suitable for handing to a qualified professional. Purely organisational and clerical.
Nothing is interpreted, advised upon, or communicated on anyone's behalf. Includes monthly review meetings, a bound handover pack, a digital mirror on the family's own storage, and a practitioner directory for Klang Valley.
- Three months, three monthly review meetings
- Indexed register of all paperwork
- Dated household event timeline
- Bound handover pack formatted for professionals
- Digital mirror on the family's own storage
How It Works
Month 1 — gather and index paperwork, begin timeline construction
Month 2 — complete timeline, prepare neutral summary sheet, review gaps
Month 3 — final review, produce bound pack, set up digital mirror, hand over
RM 4,090 for three months

How We Operate
Standards Shared Across All Three Services
Data Privacy
Session records shared only with present participants. Personal data handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Strict Neutrality
No coordinator holds, implies, or signals a preferred outcome for any family matter at any point during any session.
Scope in Writing
Every client receives a written scope statement before the programme begins — what is covered and what is not.
Timed Fairly
Agenda time is allocated by agreement before each session and held to throughout. No single voice runs over their share.
Review Built In
Every programme includes a review point — a term sheet in the toolkit, a monthly meeting in the records programme — so nothing becomes outdated without a checkpoint.
No Referral Fees
The practitioner directory is updated for accuracy. Hearthline receives no payment of any kind from any listed professional.
